Gold Charms

All gold charm orders are shipped via UPS, FedEx, or DHL and include full shipping insurance for complete peace of mind.

Silver Charms & Loose Gemstone Charms (without gold and silver work)

We offer two international shipping options:

• Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days after production (carriers other than UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

• Express Shipping: 5–7 business days after production (via UPS, FedEx, or DHL)

Production & Processing Time

As each piece is made to order, Lead time 14 business days for production, regardless of the shipping method selected.

• In-Stock Items: Dispatched within 1–2 business days

• Made-to-Order: Lead time 14 business days

• Custom Order: up to 3 weeks 

Shipping Costs

• Free worldwide standard shipping on orders $150+

• Express shipping available at checkout.

Please note that shipping transit times begin only after your order has completed production and has been dispatched.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local fees imposed by their destination country.

All international shipments are fully insured and require a signature upon delivery. thegemscharms is not responsible for customs charges, taxes, or import duties assessed by local authorities.
